Honey Farms has the lowest electric bills!
Charles Raines Construction has a great new program that we are offering at the Honey Farm community. We are very focused on offering energy efficient homes and strive to conserve energy in every aspect of the building process.

We want our homeowners to benefit from our energy efficient homes as well. So if you are a Honey Farms Homeowner, and want to participate in this new program, all you need to do is submit your electric bill to Monica Raines via email at monica [at] paylessnewhomes.com. Whomever has the lowest electric bill will win.

So what do you win? You get your bill paid by Charles Raines Construction! For example, the winner of the lowest electric bill contest for March was Greg & Erin Roth….only $99.21. And that is for a two-story, 2300 sq. ft. home! All of the homeowners are now working hard to win. Its a fun and exciting time for the homeowners of the community. This program was started by Charles Raines himself.
