An active adult community on depot street in Spring Hill, Tennessee

The name West View is taken from the first public school in Spring Hill. The property eventually belonged to the Dalton family where Effie Dalton Heiss grew up and raised her three children. Effie had a vision of a community for adults 50 and over who were looking for an age-in-place residence.

West View is now an intimate community that active adults have been looking for.
